This was a commercial development that we were involved in from the very start. We worked through design, development, construction, and now we have begun leasing the space. Located just off Chicago Drive in Hudsonville, MI. 2600 Chicago Dr is 30,000 square feet, and is fully leased. 2700 Chicago Drive will be completed in late 2021, and it will consist of 40,800 square feet of industrial space.
